Job Description:

Fairfest Media, the organizer of OTM, TTF and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries.

Fairfest's flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as Asia's leading travel show.

Internship Details:

Position: Event Operations Intern

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Duration: 3 months

Start Date: December 2025

Stipend: 12,000 per month + 4,000 Variable pay based on performance

Number of Positions: 4

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and management of trade shows, exhibitions, and

corporate events.

Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless

event operations.

Support operational and logistical arrangements, including venue setup, transportation,

and on-site requirements.

Ensure smooth on-ground management during events, addressing any challenges

promptly.

Manage vendor relations, exhibitor coordination, and timely delivery of services.

Assist in preparing event-related materials, presentations, and documentation.

Support post-event activities such as feedback collection, reporting, and analysis to

improve future events.
