Job Description:
● Source and onboard new vendors at competitive and optimized rates
● Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements
● Manage vendor performance to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
● Build and maintain a strong vendor database for ongoing and future execution needs
● Identify market opportunities and develop scalable vendor networks to support rapid expansion
● Collaborate closely with execution and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements efficiently
● Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
● Monitor vendor KPIs and ensure compliance with agreed standards
Skills & Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline preferred)
● 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (experience in real estate, tech, or
high-growth environments preferred)
● Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
● Proven vendor management and relationship-building skills
● Ability to conduct market analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
● Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools for tracking and reporting
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Bengaluru-based, with readiness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
