Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events and activations, managing vendors, coordinating production, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of events and brand activations Coordinate with vendors, fabrication partners, and logistics teams Oversee production timelines and ensure project deadlines are met Manage event budgets and optimize operational costs Ensure smooth on-ground operations and execution quality Handle manpower planning, logistics coordination, and execution schedules Preferred Background Experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or activation agencies Strong vendor network and operational execution capability Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
