Event marketing trainee - Residential Services

Savills India is hiring for Apprentice (Trainee) for Residential Services function:-

Role: Event Marketing

Tenure: 12 months

Location: Gurgaon (work from office)

Stipend: INR 15000 - 18000 per month

Eligibility criteria: Undergraduate freshers with relevant internship experience

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning multi-property open houses and curated residential events

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, designers, and installation teams

• Support stall layout planning and branding setup

• Ensure smooth on-ground execution during events

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in creating emailers, social media posts, and event collateral

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaign rollout

• Support RSVP tracking and guest database management

• Help prepare event presentations and property brochures

Vendor & Logistics Management

• Liaise with caterers, stall fabricators, and AV teams

• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets

• Support hospitality arrangements (guest management, registrations, etc.)

Reporting & Analysis

• Compile footfall data and post-event reports

• Gather buyer feedback and developer insights

• Assist in performance analysis of event campaigns
