Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Event Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. If you enjoy creating memorable event experiences and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we'd love to hear from you. Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing events including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetups. Develop event strategies aligned with marketing and business goals to drive pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to define event objectives, messaging, and target audience. Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, and timelines. Drive attendee acquisition through multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, and partnerships. Measure and report event performance including ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Own post-event follow-ups including lead nurturing and reporting insights. Create engaging event content including presentations, collateral, and promotional materials. Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative event ideas to enhance brand presence.

You should have:
  • 4–7 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in managing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure event success and optimize performance.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Good to Have:
  • Experience in SaaS or tech startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in global event planning and execution.
  • Content creation or storytelling experience for events.
