Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Community Engagement & Events Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through apartment society events, farmers markets, and community activations. The role involves planning and executing events, generating leads, creating exceptional customer experiences, and supporting customer service operations during non-event periods.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute society activations, farmers markets, and community engagement events to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into app users and subscription customers.
• Build strong relationships with residents, resident welfare associations (RWAs), society management committees, and event organizers.
• Create engaging customer experiences that encourage trial, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.
• Promote Bhoomi Farms products, subscription plans, and offers during events and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, event performance, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities.
• Support customer onboarding and educate customers on app usage, ordering processes, and subscription benefits.
• Identify new opportunities for community partnerships, society events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer engagement, events, sales, marketing, customer support, or community management.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Skills Required
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and presenting products.
• Ability to manage events independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for society events and activations.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
