We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and support marketing events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and internal teams for event execution
- Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and promotional activities
- Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing efforts
- Track event performance, leads, and ROI
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and communications
- Handle event documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in event marketing or event coordination
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Experience in vendor management and event logistics
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple events
