Roles & Responsibilities -
- Creating opportunities and tie ups, associations, sponsorships, barters, etc. for the centers.
- Conceptualizing, brainstorming and creating detailed presentations/concept notes.
- Planning mall activations and ensuring quality and smooth executions.
- Coordinating with vendors, partners and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Creatives and artwork coordination with the agencies.
- Working on costing, budgets, and negotiations with vendors/partners.
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement in future events
