Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Mumbai. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and exhibitions to showcase Tisser's artisan products. Responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, managing vendor and artisan relationships, coordinating with design teams for event aesthetics, ensuring timely setup, and maintaining high-quality customer engagement. The role also involves developing event marketing strategies, managing budgets, and post-event reporting to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Coordination skills, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
  • Marketing Strategy, Public Relations, and Customer Engagement expertise to promote events and enhance customer experience
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including artisans, designers, and external stakeholders
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management capabilities to deliver seamless events on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in Budget Management and Analytical Reporting for effective resource allocation and evaluation of event success
  • Passion for traditional crafts and cultural heritage is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in event management, particularly in craft or artisan-based industries, is preferred
