Event & Alliance Manager
The Indus Club is looking for a passionate and creative Event & Alliance Manager to design and execute premium member experiences. This role is ideal for professionals who have managed luxury events and enjoy creating memorable experiences while working with high-profile guests, artists, speakers, chefs, and premium brands.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute an annual events calendar with at least one event every week.
- Organize entertainment, lifestyle, food & beverage, networking, workshops, masterclasses, and member engagement events.
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Identify and onboard artists, speakers, chefs, performers, bartenders, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with sponsors and alliance partners.
- Work closely with Marketing for event promotions.
- Coordinate with Operations for seamless event execution.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
- Ensure events are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Anticipate operational challenges and resolve them proactively.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Event Management, Advertising or Hospitality.
- 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium clubs, luxury brands or reputed event management agencies.
- Strong experience in planning and executing premium corporate and lifestyle events.
- Experience managing event budgets independently.
- Strong vendor and partnership management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
