Event Manager

1. Client Prospecting and Invitation:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract prospective attendees, ensuring maximum participation.

• Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of workshops.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, technical requirements, and resource allocation.
• Ensure seamless delivery of workshops with attention to quality and timelines.

1. Post-Workshop Engagement:

• Analyze workshop feedback and engagement metrics to improve future events.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with attendees for sustained client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide follow-up materials or resources as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the event management industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
