Junior Event Executive Production, Partnerships & AI Planning

Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Event Executive who understands event production, commercial operations and partnerships, and has strong awareness of pop culture, music trends and audience behavior. This role blends:
Event and tour production
Corporate and hotel/vendor partnerships
Budgeting and commercial management
AI-supported planning and systems
You will support both cultural nightlife formats and corporate experiences while helping build structured systems that power our AI-driven planning workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Tour Production
Research markets, venues and audience potential
Build event calendars, capacities and budgets
Coordinate artists, vendors and production teams
Prepare run sheets, timelines and execution documents
Support remote management of international events
Corporate & Vendor Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with hotels, venues and production vendors
Negotiate pricing, packages and commercial terms
Source and compare vendor quotations for AV, staging, dcor and logistics
Assist in preparing proposals for corporate clients and partners
Budgeting & Commercial Management
Create and manage detailed event budgets and P&L
Track deposits, settlements and vendor payments
Evaluate profitability and scalability of event concepts
Support sponsorship and partnership discussions
AI & Systems Support
Use AI tools for research, budgeting, reporting and deck creation
Help document repeatable workflows and operational systems
Maintain structured data on artists, venues, vendors and clients
Contribute to improving internal AI-driven planning processes
Marketing & Audience Strategy
Support rollout plans for ticketing and campaigns
Coordinate CRM updates, email and SMS campaigns
Contribute creative ideas aligned with current pop culture and audience trends
Track nightlife, music, comedy and cultural shifts across markets
Ideal Candidate
1 to 3 years experience in event production, hospitality or live entertainment
Strong understanding of budgeting and event profitability
Experience working with venues, hotels or vendors preferred
Strong awareness of pop culture, music trends and audience behavior
Organized and comfortable managing multiple timelines
Commercial mindset with negotiation ability
Proficient in Excel and comfortable using AI tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across time zones
