Event Manager & Trip Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager & Trip Lead based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring successful trip coordination. The Event Manager & Trip Lead will handle vendor relations, create event schedules, and oversee budgets to ensure seamless event experiences. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with clients and teams to provide end-to-end project management support.

• Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Budget Management skills
• Experience with Vendor Management and Logistics Planning
• Strong Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools for project management or event planning is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management for events and trips
• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
