Almost Famous is a creative agency for culture-forward brands, across design, strategy, storytelling, events & experiences, and creators & talent.

About the role:

We're looking for someone who has led events from brief to execution and can guide others to do the same.

You'll own the events & experiences vertical: the ideas, the delivery and the people behind them. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 people.

You'll be expected to:

• Lead events from concept to closeout across client briefs.
• Guide and mentor the events team.
• Manage budgets, vendors, partners and production timelines.
• Be the senior point of contact for clients on event work.
• Work with creative, strategy and creator teams to build integrated experiences.
• Stay calm when things go sideways, and make sure they don't for long.
• Build the vertical, including processes, partners and standards.

The Details

• Experience: 3–4 years
• Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
• Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible), Mon–Fri. Event days may run longer.
• Type: Full-time
• Salary: 60,000/month
