Event Management Specialist- Service Now

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT events, meetings, and conferences through ServiceNow
• Develop, implement, and maintain event management processes and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Analyze event feedback and key metrics to improve planning and execution for future events
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery
• Ensure all event activities comply with company policies, procedures, and IT governance standards
• Provide support for ServiceNow-related event configurations, dashboards, and reporting
