Job Description

Job Title: Executive Events, Marketing Operations & Social Media.

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience- 1-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Management (70%)
  • Support end-to-end execution of internal and external events including conferences, trade shows, partner events, webinars, workshops, and client engagements (physical, virtual, and hybrid).
  • Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor management, registrations, speaker coordination, travel support, and on-ground execution.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (sales, OEM teams, leadership) to understand event objectives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate event branding requirements including booths, standees, collaterals, kits, and giveaways.
  • Handle event registrations, attendee lists, and post-event follow-ups in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Track basic event metrics such as attendance, leads generated, and post-event feedback.
  • Ensure smooth on-day execution and act as the primary point of coordination during events.

  1. Marketing Operations (20%)
  • Support marketing operations processes to improve execution efficiency and reporting.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams to ensure event leads are captured, updated, and tracked in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Manage and track POE (Proof of Execution) claims for OEM partners such as Microsoft, SAP, and Adobe.
  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters rollout and event-related marketing workflows (coordination and execution support).
  • Help maintain and update marketing databases, dashboards, and basic reports.
  • Support website updates related to events, landing pages, and registration forms by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Track competitor activities related to events, partnerships, and campaigns and share periodic summaries.

  1. Adhoc Requests (10%)
  • Deliver any adhoc requests shared by the marketing leader to streamline marketing tasks.
  • Assist in cross-functional coordination for ongoing marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in event execution or marketing operations (B2B / IT / Tech preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating vendors, events, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), MS Office, and event platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for event execution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.

  • Proactive, reliable, and process driven.
  • Comfortable working with structured checklists, timelines, and reporting formats.
  • Keen interest in B2B marketing, events, and marketing operations.
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders while owning day-to-day tasks independently.
