Qualifications
5+ years in employee communications and engagement for a global workforce; operations, or program management, preferably in a technology or fintech environment.
Proven ability in leading programs, managing cross-functional teams, developing executive-level presentations, and driving large-scale projects across multiple sites.
Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; passion for business strategy, inclusion, and creating impactful employee experiences.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, influence without authority, and deliver against tight deadlines.
Strong process mindset, change agility, and resilience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of communications channels, business operations, analytics, employee listening, and the payments/fintech domain preferred.
