We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Executiv – Event Management to lead and execute high-impact events and BTL marketing campaigns that align with our brand's vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute business events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to ensure strong event promotion across platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
• Conceptualize and deliver unique event experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Handle event budgets, logistics, and post-event performance analysis.
• Manage Travel & stay for all the events.
• Create promotional materials using video editing and content creation skills.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and vendor management.
• Creative mindset with a flair for innovative event concepts.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and event analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
