Responsibilities
As an Event Management intern at IRIS EVENTS, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the event planning industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of events from start to finish.
- Creating engaging presentations using MS-PowerPoint to pitch event concepts to clients.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to enhance event offerings.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and execution of event logistics.
- Providing on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assisting with post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrating strong written English proficiency in creating event proposals, reports, and communications.

About Company: Established in April 1999, we have built a reliable and creative event management company. The primary employee is the founder, Mrs. Latha A Krishna, who plans events, then contracts with caterers, decorators, disc jockeys, stage designers, light & sound, choreographers, videographers, and photographers. Our management team consists of a creative consultant, accounts manager, and office assistant administrative executive.
Innovative concepts are generated by the team and executed through corporate sponsorship, fashion shows, PR activities, brand promotion, conferences, unique concept/theme-based events, award ceremonies, launches, and corporate events. Services like event management, PR, and the creation and release of press advertisement are offered under one roof. All our events are original, never-seen-before concepts. For example, size snakes and ladders - a virtual reality game conducted for the first time in India by Iris Events.
