Role Summary

Support planning and execution of online and offline events by assisting with coordination, logistics, vendor follow-ups, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing meetups, workshops, webinars, and community events.
• Support event logistics, registrations, setup, and on-ground coordination.
• Coordinate basic vendor follow-ups and material logistics.
• Maintain checklists, trackers, and post-event data/feedback.
• Build creatives for social media platforms.

Requirements

• 0–1 year experience / student / fresher.
• Strong coordination and execution skills.
• Comfortable with on-ground work and travel.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs.
