Event Executive

The Role

We are looking for a Brand & Experiential Marketing professional who understands brands, communication and consumer experiences and can translate a brand brief into a compelling live experience.

We are specifically looking for people from advertising, digital marketing, experiential marketing, creative agencies or integrated marketing backgrounds.

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in a similar role

What You Will Do

• Understand the client's brand, business objective and communication brief.

• Develop event/experiential concepts and creative narratives.

• Create compelling PowerPoint concept presentations and present them to clients.

• Work closely with creative and design teams to turn ideas into experiences.

• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure the idea is executed correctly.

• Manage the live show flow and client expectations during events.

• Work directly with senior client stakeholders, business leaders and marketing teams.

• Travel across India for projects.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Can move comfortably between strategy, PowerPoint, creative discussions and live events.

• Has strong presentation, communication and client-management skills.

• Is comfortable working under pressure and making quick decisions.

• Understands digital/social media and contemporary brand communication.

• Is willing to work long hours, weekends and travel when projects demand it.
