Event Executive

We are hiring individuals who want to build their careers in brand events and experiential marketing through execution across domains such as events, activations, exhibitions, launches, or partnerships.This role is for those who believe that strong brands are built through memorable experiences, flawless execution, and impactful consumer engagement — not just campaigns or ideas.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

1. Execute brand events, activations, and promotional initiatives with high ownership and quality.
2. Plan and coordinate on-ground events, exhibitions, launches, and corporate activations.
3. Identify, engage, and manage vendors, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders.
4. Ensure timely event setup, logistics management, and smooth end-to-end execution.
5. Coordinate with marketing teams to align events with brand objectives and campaigns.
6. Manage consumer interactions during events to enhance brand visibility and experience.
7. Track event performance metrics, footfall, leads, and feedback for improvement.
8. Maintain budgets, reports, and post-event summaries for management review.
9. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
10. Ensure seamless cross-functional execution across teams.
