Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet potential and existing clients to understand event requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities and close event sales deals.
- Conduct client presentations and business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate closely with the internal operations and execution team for smooth event delivery.
- Handle event planning discussions and communicate client expectations clearly to the team.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and event coordination when required.
- Ensure excellent client service before, during, and after event completion.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in event sales / hospitality sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently bring in business and close deals.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Good professional presentation and client-handling ability.
- Must be ready to travel as per business requirements.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
