Beach Decorations Goa is a leading event décor company that specializes in creating elegant and creative beachside setups along Goa's picturesque coastline. The company designs bespoke celebrations ranging from romantic weddings and proposals to vibrant birthday parties and corporate events.

Role Description
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients inquiring about event and proposal services
  • Handle and convert enquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram
  • Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, and customization options
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries across:
  • Phone calls
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Instagram DMs
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event packages and setups
Share photos, videos, and package details with prospects
Maintain detailed records of all enquiries in CRM or tracking sheets
Perform timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with:
  • Design team for customization requests
  • Event coordination team for availability and execution feasibility
Assist clients with:
  • Venue suggestions
  • Setup ideas
Budget planning
  • Ensure high-quality communication and excellent customer experience
  • Handle objections and queries professionally to close sales

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively engaging with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities for managing multiple client inquiries and maintaining detailed records
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with client relationship management tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of the event planning industry and an interest in creative décor solutions
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or events-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
