This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Engagement Associate based in the Pune Division. The Event Engagement Associate will be responsible for overseeing event planning and execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing events, facilitating communication with participants, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve engagement goals. The ideal candidate will contribute to the seamless delivery of events that align with organizational objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive interactions and ensure participant satisfaction
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to successfully organize and execute events
• Sales skills to effectively engage attendees and drive participation outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate problem-solving aptitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience in event engagement or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
