Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Event Director. The Event Director will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with Adsyndicate's brand goals and client expectations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, creating detailed event strategies, overseeing vendor contracts, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The Event Director will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide leadership in client communications and sales efforts to drive success for all event initiatives.

Job Description

Oversee the complete planning and implementation of integrated campaigns, brand experiences, and large-scale events.

Create an event plan that is in line with business objectives, brand positioning, and client objectives.

Manage the event's overall financial performance, profitability, budgeting, and advertising.

Oversee client relations, make pitches, and spearhead event vertical business development.

Oversee cross-functional teams that include vendors, operations, production, and creative.

To improve subsequent executions, guarantee quality delivery, risk management, and post-event assessment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to design, organize, and execute diverse events.
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Proven experience in Sales to identify new opportunities and drive business growth through events.
  • Leadership experience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail to manage teams and deliver high-quality events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and virtual event platforms is a plus.
