Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Event Designer. The Event Designer will conceptualize and execute event designs, ensuring they align with clients visions and standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with the event planning team, liaising with clients to understand their needs, managing vendors, and overseeing on-site setup to ensure the flawless execution of events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Designing and Event Planning with a creative and innovative approach to decor and design elements.
• Strong expertise in Event Management, including vendor coordination, time management, and handling logistics effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and understanding of client requirements.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales to assist in client acquisition, upselling services, and understanding customer preferences.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A degree in Event Management, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Telugu language is must
