As an
Event Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing creative event layouts and themes, ensuring each event is unique and engaging. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to translate ideas into visually stunning and practical event setups.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative event concepts and themes aligned with client objectives.
- Design detailed layouts, scenic elements, and stage setups using relevant software tools.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and onsite teams to ensure seamless execution of design elements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Attend client meetings to present design proposals and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Supervise onsite setup and dismantling, ensuring safety and quality adherence throughout.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Strong creative visualization and conceptualization skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
- Preferred
- Experience in experiential marketing or event production
- Knowledge of lighting, staging, and audiovisual equipment design
- Strong communication and client management skills
