Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Event Curation Intern to help bring unique experiences to life. This role involves working closely with our core team to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging community events across the city. From venue scouting and activity planning to on-site coordination and brand storytelling, you'll play a key role in shaping memorable experiences that align with our brand mission and vision. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Curate Events

Brainstorm fresh event formats and experiences aligned with our brand and community interests.

• Venue Research & Deal Negotiation

Scout, evaluate, and close venue partnerships with favorable terms, balancing cost and experience.

• Plan Ticketing Strategy

Define pricing, ticket tiers, and incentives that align with the event's value and audience appeal.

• Community Experience Design

Plan event flow, activities, and ambience to ensure meaningful interactions and high engagement.

• On-Ground Execution

Be the face of the event — manage setups, vendors, check-ins, and on-site experiences.

• Collaborate with Creators & Hosts

Work with artists, speakers, creators, and community hosts to shape each event's narrative.

• Feedback & Experience Iteration

Capture attendee feedback, identify improvement areas, and refine future events accordingly.

• Content & Brand Storytelling Support

Support the content team with insights and moments from events to shape social storytelling.

• Community Building with Intent

Help build consistent, themed, and long-term community experiences — not just one-off events.

• Data & Impact Tracking

Assist in tracking metrics like turnout, engagement, and user satisfaction to inform future strategy.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Design, Media, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Based in Bangalore and available for on-ground event work.
• Prior experience in organizing college fests, clubs, or independent events is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with pop culture, trending formats, and digital-first audiences is a bonus.
