Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of events, ranging from product launches to corporate conferences, ensuring all details are meticulously coordinated.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees, working closely with the marketing team.
- Manage sales opportunities at events, including sponsorship deals and partnerships, to maximize revenue generation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
- Use MS Excel to track event budgets, expenses, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to oversee event setup, decorations, and equipment arrangements, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
- Travel to various locations across India to manage events, representing our company professionally, and delivering exceptional experiences to all attendees.
