About the Role
The position involves leading the execution of BTL activations, events, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead complete execution of BTL activations, events, exhibitions, retail experiences & on-ground campaigns.
- Own project planning, budgeting, timelines, logistics & flawless delivery.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors, fabrication teams, production partners & agencies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management & client servicing teams.
- Ensure budget control, cost efficiency & profitability (P&L ownership).
- Build & maintain strong client relationships ensuring repeat business.
- Lead, guide & mentor operations and ground teams.
- Guarantee brand guideline adherence, safety standards & execution quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BTL / experiential marketing / activation operations.
Required Skills
- Strong background in pan-India event planning & execution.
- Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication & problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Collaborative & growth-focused environment.
