Job Summary :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive. The Event Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, capturing and understanding event briefs, 

conceptualizing events, creating and delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and account management. The role is based in Bengaluru. Traveling related to the projects/assignments will be there on an as-needed basis.

Educational Qualification: MBA Preffered or relavent / Degree or Post Graduation Degree (Marketing/Event Management/Media/Entertainment/Mass Communication/Advertising preferred)

Years Of Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end projects/small & large events

• Front end clients, develop new business relationships within the client organization, generate and negotiate new business from existing accounts for Eventive Communications

• Understand Clients requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives

• Negotiating with clients & closing the deal

• Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams

• Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries

• Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary/report as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events

• Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business

• Providing mood board as per the theme and sharing proper creative brief to the creative team is mandatory 

• Take empowered decisions regarding business negotiations

• Brand Management: Identify and analyze brands to partner with on various projects, understand 

competition, research and knowledge of current trends (marketing/lifestyle, etc.)

A. Must-to-have Skills:

. Hands on experience from event agencies or corporate events.

. Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills

• Experience in event conceptualiztion, providing mood board as per the theme and sharing proper 

creative brief to the creative team is mandatory

• Creating and delivering presentations

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Good interpersonal skills

. Good verbal and written English communications

B. Good to have skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Responsible for deliverable within the TAT

. Ability to work under pressure

. Open to work during tight deadlines

Ideal Candidature:

1. experience in an event agency or corporate event company

  • Has managed end to end clients & handle key accounts in event industry
  • Proven track record of closing small, mid-to-large sized event deals  
  • Hands-on experience in handling all hierarchy personnel &managing internal & external stake holders. 
  • Understands the balance between client expectations and execution feasibility 
  • Maintain reports, documentations, on time trackers
  • Ability to manage a team & work during tough deadlines
