Event Campaign Manager blends strategic marketing with hands-on event planning. They drive brand awareness, boost lead generation, and manage promotional events (like trade shows or product launches) from start to finish. This role requires budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analytics.Here are the standard details, requirements, and responsibilities for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy: Design marketing plans and set key performance indicators (KPIs)—which are measurable values used to see if a company is meeting its main targets (e.g., conversion rates, cost-per-lead).Event Execution: Oversee venue selection, negotiate with vendors, and manage day-of-show logistics, audiovisual setups, and staffing.Marketing & Promotion: Drive targeted campaigns through email, social media, and digital advertising to ensure high event attendance and registration.Budget Management: Allocate financial resources across different channels, track all expenses, and ensure a strong Return on Investment (ROI)—the ratio between the net profit and cost of the investment.Analytics & Reporting: Analyze attendee engagement, run post-event surveys, and submit detailed reports to internal teams.Key RequirementsExperience: Typically 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing, event management, or a creative agency setting.Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
