Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer for Events to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing 3D event layouts, exhibitions, and staging environments. You will work closely with our production, marketing, and client servicing teams to bring event visions to life through innovative 3D designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D designs and renders for exhibitions, stage setups, and event spaces.
- Collaborate with the event planning and creative teams to understand design requirements and client briefs.
- Develop detailed layouts and floor plans, including booth arrangements, lighting, furniture, and branding.
- Provide photorealistic 3D visualizations and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Adapt designs according to client feedback and technical/production constraints.
- Ensure that the designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with safety regulations.
- Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and technology in the event industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–12 years preferred) as a 3D Designer in the events, exhibition, or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic tools.
- Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for detail, space, and proportion.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual and hybrid event design.
- Animation and video editing knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with event production processes and materials.
