Evatril - an innovative technology company transforming the event industry - is building a creative team focused on video creation, short-form content and digital advertising for its products, digital initiatives and memorable event experiences.

1. AI Video Creator & Video Editor- Fresher (0) to 1 year

2. AI Creative Video Editor- Fresher (0) to 1 year

3. Short-Form Video & Ad Editor - Fresher (0) to 1 year

4. Professional Video Editor- 1 to 3 years of continuous professional experience

IMPORTANT FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES

For candidates applying with 1 to 3 years of experience, we require continuous full-time professional employment during the claimed experience period.

Career gaps, freelancing, project-based work or independent portfolio work will not be considered equivalent to continuous full-time employment for the experienced position.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have experience working continuously within a team and handling deadlines, workflows and professional responsibilities.

At the same time, a strong fresher may be given the opportunity to take ownership of projects based on ability and performance.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Strong video editing fundamentals

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut — any one

Reels and Shorts editing

Quick understanding of stories, pacing and visual sense

Basic motion graphics and sound editing

Interest in AI video, image and voice tools

Creative mindset

Ability to learn and experiment with new tools

Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

For freshers, creativity and practical ability matter more than experience or qualification.

FREELANCE / PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

Our primary requirement is for full-time employees.

However, Evatril may also connect with experienced freelancers based on their real-work portfolio and demonstrated skills for future, specific project requirements.

Such projects, if offered, will require:

Strong portfolio verification

Project-specific engagement

Clearly defined timelines

Defined deliverables and deadlines

A written project agreement/contract
