Role Description
SG Green Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking an EV Charging Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvarur. The EV Charging Technician will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining electric vehicle charging stations within designated locations. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal charging operations, and maintaining safety standards. The technician will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide on-site support for vehicle operators when required.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with EV charging technology, equipment maintenance, and energy systems
- Problem-solving skills with experience in diagnostics and repair
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and electrical safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in EV-related roles or technical maintenance in the automotive or energy sector is an advantage
