About the Role* We're seeking skilled EV Service Technicians to join our growing team in Ahmedabad and other key hubs. With India's EV boom, this role offers hands-on experience working on electric two/three-wheelers, cars, and charging systems.
Key Responsibilities*
Diagnose and repair EV components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring using diagnostic tools and SOPs
Perform routine maintenance, test drives, and quality checks as per job cards
Assist in fault diagnosis, battery management, and minor mechanical/electrical repairs while following safety protocols
Maintain service documentation, handle invoicing, and support customer delivery with clear communication
Required Qualifications*
ITI Diploma (any trade) or equivalent with 1–2 years of hands-on EV service experience (two/three-wheelers preferred)
Knowledge of EV systems including lithium batteries, BMS, and charging infrastructure
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Familiarity with NSQF Level 4 standards or similar EV certifications
Preferred Skills*
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in fast-paced service centers
Team player comfortable in workshop or field operations
Willingness to upskill in advanced EV technologies
