Digital Workplace Presales Solution Architect

Experience: 12–15 years overall, with 5+ years in Digital Workplace/EUC/EUS Presales Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions covering EUC, Service Desk, Workplace Support, M365/Google Workspace, Endpoint Management, VDI, Security, and Identity.

• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solution architecture, proposal development, and deal shaping.

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Pricing teams to build competitive, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Present and defend solutions to clients, highlighting business value, transformation opportunities, automation, GenAI, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

• Conduct risk assessments, define transition strategies, and ensure solution governance and compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Digital Workplace, EUC, EUS, Endpoint Management (Intune, MECM), VDI, M365, and Workplace Security.

• Experience in managed workplace services and workplace transformation programs.

• Strong presales, proposal writing, pricing, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills.

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and drive deal wins.
