Role & responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for overall strategic leadership, growth, and operational success of the real estate company. The CEO will drive business expansion, project development, sales performance, financial planning, and organizational excellence while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and cost control

  • Ensure compliance with RERA, local property laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Approve legal documentation related to land, sales, and agreements
  • Maintain transparency in policies for employees and clients

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • MBA preferred from reputed colleges.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Real Estate industry
