Role & responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for overall strategic leadership, growth, and operational success of the real estate company. The CEO will drive business expansion, project development, sales performance, financial planning, and organizational excellence while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy
- Identify new real estate opportunities (residential, commercial, plotted developments)
- Lead expansion planning and market positioning
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales strategies and revenue targets
- Build strong investor, client, and partner relationships
- Explore joint ventures, land acquisitions, and new project opportunities
- Ensure strong brand presence in the real estate market
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations including Sales, CRM, HR, Finance, and Project teams
- Ensure timely project execution and delivery
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor departmental performance and KPIs
- Financial Management
- Approve budgets, financial plans, and investment strategies
- Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and cost control
- Ensure proper financial reporting and compliance
- Work closely with Accounts and Finance team
- Legal & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local property laws, and regulatory requirements
- Approve legal documentation related to land, sales, and agreements
- Maintain transparency in policies for employees and clients
- Team Leadership & HR Oversight
- Lead senior management and department heads
- Build a strong organizational culture
- Approve hiring strategies and leadership development
- Conduct performance reviews and strategic meetings
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain high-level relationships with key clients and investors
- Handle major negotiations and high-value deals
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and public forums
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- MBA preferred from reputed colleges.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Real Estate industry
