Job Requirements*
- Proven experience in macOS support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in JAMF Pro administration and scripting.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM concepts.
- Good understanding of networking, VPN, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities*
- Provide Level 2/3 support for macOS devices across the enterprise.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Mac systems using JAMF Pro.
- Create and maintain policies, configuration profiles, and scripts in JAMF.
- Perform software packaging, patch management, and OS upgrades.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac devices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
- Collaborate with Windows and network teams for cross-platform support.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Train end-users on Mac usage and best practices.
