Job Description:
We are hiring EUC & Infrastructure Support Engineers (L1) for DP World to provide first-level IT support to end users in a 24x7 operational environment. The role involves handling hardware, software, and basic network-related issues while ensuring high service quality and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, iPads, and Mobile Devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Outlook, Teams, VPN, and standard enterprise applications.
- Perform password resets, account unlocking, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for hardware replacement and warranty support.
- Maintain asset tagging, tracking, and inventory updates.
- Provide remote and limited on-site support as required.
- Ensure SLA, TAT, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) compliance.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and escalation management.

Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
Preferred:
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Basic EUC / Infrastructure Certifications
