- Candidate with 12 to 15 Yrs strong experience and expertise in planning design and implementing SCCM and Intune platform for small and largescale environments SCCM experience like OSD software distribution application management management points distributions points and CAS along with primary sites.
- Strong in troubleshooting incident analysis resolution problem definition root cause analysis and faster resolution of distribution failures
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good technical documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- SCCM Architecture design proposals Implementation for muti domain forest environments Detailed knowledge on SCCM architecture
- Strong knowledge of SCCMINTUNE compliance and governance model
- Handon experience on MP DP and CAS and Primary secondary sites management Database knowledge SQL and reporting services and SCCM migration tools
- Experience of client management and deployment strategies
- Good Experience in end user computing management
- Deployment of Win 10 WIN11 serving plans using OSD module good understanding on task sequence creation and image deployment migration for Win 10 Win 11
- Image creation ISO MBAM concepts and configuration knowledge
- Good understanding of hardware drivers injections and Windows OS nonwindows patches
- Knowledge of SQL database SQL reporting services and good understanding of custom queries
- Strong understanding of SCCM and INUTNE comanaged enrolled configurations and scenarios
- Feature upgrade handling desktop analytic
- Intune application support asset handling using SCCMINTUNE
- Handling CMG and SSL connectivity for DMZ network internet connectivity
- Familiar with third party tools integrations with SCCM like patch my pc admin studio or any other integrations
- Plan and execute SCCM upgrades patches and hotfixes
- Package test and deploy complex applications using SCCM in compliance with industry best practices
- Collaborate with application owners and business units to gather and translate requirements into deployment solutions
- Autopilot concept and hybrid management using SCCMIntune
- Basic knowledge on Active directory Azure Active Directory firewall Antivirus DNS Networking concepts
- Knowledge worked on IntuneSCCM tools utilities Day to day operational stability Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Scripting experience like VB Script and PowerShell
- Knowledge in Application packaging is an added advantage
- Ability to prepare POC creating RFC Implementing Service improvements etc
- Responsible for proper escalation communications and management of production system problems
- Windows Servers IIS and server configuration knowledge
- Experience with WSUS and Patch Management using SCCM
- Strong working experience with GPOs Ability to work on Package Distribution Patch management and release management troubleshooting
- Experience in handling configuring and distributing PAC files
- Maintaining and managing SCCM servers setting up Distribution points Capacity constraints in distribution points
- Work along with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues
- Indepth expertise in Autopilot Comanagement Conditional Access device policies MAM for IOS and Android indepth understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365 Security LAPS Bit locker Windows Hello for Business Certificate 8021X
- Skills Required
- Understanding of LAN WAN voice network environments routing protocols and various technology architectures including TCPIP DHCP DNS LAN WAN Wireless VPN
- Extensive handson support experience in supporting Windows 10 and the O365 Office suite of programs
- Indepth knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell Active Directory group policy Orchestration and automation
- Good experience in Microsoft CloudHybrid Cloud Management Onboarding and configuring and transitioning to the cloud
