Role Overview:We are looking for a highly accomplished EUC Architect with deep expertise in automation, AIOps, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks to drive AI-first digital workplace transformation. The role focuses on building end-to-end intelligent EUC ecosystems, delivering measurable productivity improvements, and designing scalable architecture solutions that enable autonomous operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Own end-to-end EUC architecture lifecycle (IAD → HLA → HLD → LLD → Implementation)• Design and deliver complete architecture components for GenAI / Agentic AI solutions with in EUC• Create Initial Architecture Diagrams (IAD) and detailed solution artifacts• Build high-impact solution decks and proposals to drive stakeholder trust and conversion• Define and execute AI-first delivery roadmap for workplace transformation• Drive automation-first strategy targeting zero service desk / ticket elimination• Implement AIOps-driven operations (predictive, proactive, self-healing endpoints)• Develop Agentic AI solutions for autonomous endpoint management and support• Integrate GenAI capabilities (Copilot, AI assistants, LLM workflows) into EUC ecosystem• Lead engineering across:• Application Packaging (MSI/MSIX, I

ntune)• Intune & Autopilot• Microsoft 365 ecosystem• Virtualization (RDS, AVD, Window
