Zoci Voci is one of India's leading personalized gifting brands, serving over 3 lakh customers through Amazon, Shopify, marketplaces, and exports. We create unique personalized gifts including photo lamps, caricatures, telepathy lamps, name plates, devotional gifts, photo frames, and custom décor.
We are looking for an Etsy expert who understands how to build and scale Etsy stores globally, particularly in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
This is a growth-focused role where you will own Etsy performance end-to-end.
Your Mission
Build Etsy into a significant revenue channel for Zoci Voci by identifying winning products, optimizing listings, scaling organic traffic, and managing Etsy Ads profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Etsy Growth & Strategy
- Manage and grow our Etsy store globally.
- Identify high-potential products and categories for Etsy.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Discover trending gift niches and seasonal opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rate, and visibility.
Etsy SEO
- Perform keyword research using Etsy tools.
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, attributes, and categories.
- Improve organic rankings for target keywords.
- Monitor listing performance and continuously optimize.
Listing Creation & Catalog Management
- Create and launch new Etsy listings.
- Build variations and personalization options.
- Optimize product images, videos, and listing structure.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and consistency.
Etsy Ads Management
- Manage Etsy Ads budgets and campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Scale profitable products and pause underperformers.
- Continuously test keywords and bidding strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly growth reports.
- Present actionable recommendations.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Etsy experience.
- Proven experience managing and growing Etsy stores.
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and ranking factors.
- Experience with Etsy Ads.
- Experience selling to US, UK, Canada, or European markets.
- Understanding of personalized products, handmade products, gifts, home décor, or similar categories.
- Ability to independently manage the Etsy channel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with personalized gifting products.
- Experience with Print-on-Demand or custom manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or product image optimization.
- Experience with tools like eRank, Marmalead, Everbee, or similar.
- Understanding of international shipping and pricing.
