This is a full-time on-site role for an Etsy Executive, based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's presence on Etsy, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring accurate and engaging product listings. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, analyzing sales performance, providing excellent customer service, and creating strategies to boost visibility and sales. Collaboration with teams to ensure product quality and effective marketing efforts is a key part of this role.

• Experience in E-commerce platforms, especially Etsy management, online store operations, and product optimization
• Digital Marketing and SEO skills, including keyword research and boosting online visibility
• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and Relations to ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge in Product Inventory Management and Data Analysis to monitor and improve store performance
• Proficiency in Content Creation and Marketing for product descriptions and promotions
• Familiarity with gemstones and jewelry is an advantage
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing and e-commerce management
