- Project Coordination: Manage multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and project teams, to ensure alignment and communication.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Performance Monitoring: Track program performance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensure all program activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Capability in managing without authority.
