We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester with Python expertise to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL testing, data validation, and automation, with the ability to ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout the ETL process.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing ETL testing strategies using Python
- Developing and executing test plans and test cases for ETL processes
- Identifying and documenting defects and issues in ETL processes
- Collaborating with data engineers and business analysts to ensure data quality
- Performing data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems
- Automating ETL testing processes to improve efficiency
- Providing feedback and recommendations for ETL process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in ETL testing and data validation
- Proficiency in Python programming for automation and testing purposes
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL for data querying
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and architecture
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot data issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
