ETL Testing, SQL and Database Concepts Professional

We are seeking an ETL Testing Professional with significant experience in ETL Testing, possessing a strong command of SQL and Database Concepts. The ideal candidate will have good hands-on knowledge in Python Scripting for automation, be capable of creating comprehensive Test Strategies, and have a solid understanding of Functional Testing and Service Now UX Testing. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders independently, and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test cases and test plans to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• SQL & Database Expertise: Apply strong SQL and Database Concepts for extensive data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks across various data sources and targets.
• Python Scripting: Utilize Python Scripting for automation, developing and maintaining scripts for efficient test scenario execution and data validation processes.
• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and articulate clear Test Strategies for ETL projects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Functional & UX Testing: Conduct Functional Testing and specifically Service Now UX Testing to ensure end-to-end quality and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders individually, demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively convey progress, issues, and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data and ETL-related issues.
• Flexibility: Be flexible to work in extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines and critical delivery schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in ETL Testing.
• Strong in SQL and Database Concepts.
• Good hands-on knowledge in Python Scripting.
• Able to create Test Strategy documents.
• Good knowledge on Functional Testing and Service Now UX Testing.
• Strong Communication skills and able to handle stakeholders individually.
• Flexible to work in extended hours.
