Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering innovative, compelling, and coherent software solutions across enterprise applications by creating discrete business services and their supporting components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build test frameworks for end-to-end solution validation.
- Translate requirements into functional & technical test cases ensuring thorough coverage.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manual & automated test plans/scripts for quality and performance.
- Perform statistical tests on large datasets to validate data quality, integrity, and performance.
- Collaborate with database developers to enhance data collection & storage processes.
- Run queries to detect coding issues, data exceptions, and perform data cleaning.
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and performance issues.
- Maintain multiple QA environments across applications.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding/testing standards, and suggest improvements.
- Create integration test plans for smaller projects.
- Use tools like TFS, JIRA, and Confluence for collaboration and tracking.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 years of ETL Testing & SQL experience.
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server.
- Experience in Azure and Snowflake preferred.
- Familiarity with financial/mortgage domains is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of team collaboration experience.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, log files, and performance testing.
