Job Description
ETL Tester:
Location:Noida, Gurugram, Pune
Experience: 6-7 Years
Mandatory Skills:
ETL Testing,SSIS,MS SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise-level ETL testing and data validation strategy aligned with data governance and business objectives.
- Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for ETL validation and data quality assurance.
- Drive organization-wide data quality initiatives ensuring reliability and consistency of data.
- Lead multiple QA/data teams delivering scalable and high-quality ETL validation solutions.
- Ensure data quality governance practices are pragmatic and scalable across programs.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for data quality and validation metrics.
- Introduce automation and continuous validation frameworks for ETL testing processes.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring for ETL testing and data engineering teams.
